  • 1. Choose Your Mystery Scoop Quantity:

    • Select 1 to 5 mystery scoops.

    2. Personalize Your Order in the Cart Note:

    • List up to 3 items you already own or would like to avoid.

    • Tell us any preferred colors.

    • Tell us about yourself (e.g. “I’m a nurse”, “I like football”, “I am a Disney fan”, etc.

    • Let us know if it’s a gift (optional).

    3. The Scoops:

    • Items are hand-selected based on a fun bead selection that links colored beads to different surprises (e.g., A blue bead = a cute notebook, a yellow bead= beauty item!).

    • We make every effort to curate your items to your interests, colors, etc. to make it even more personal.

    4. Shipped with Care:

    • We’ll hand-scoop your order with lots of love and process it within a week.

  • Each scoop includes 15-20 mystery items, hand-selected from our rotating inventory of cute items.

    Selections may include:

    Stationery: journals, notepads, pens, highlighters, and more.

    Hair accessories: headbands, clips, scrunchies, and more.

    Lifestyle items: bracelets, earrings, bookmarks, keychains, beauty items

    Some items may contain small parts. Please supervise children under 7 years old.

    • We make every effort to match your interests to the items you receive; however, we cannot guarantee this.

    • Our stock changes frequently, so please understand that
      each scoop is a surprise! Items shown in videos or photos are examples only. Contents may vary by theme, availability, and scoop size. We do not guarantee specific items unless stated in the product description.

    • Boxed items may include small parts that are not suitable for children under age 7. Please supervise children during play.

    • Orders ship within the United States via the US Postal Service (USPS)

    • Standard shipping rates apply

    • Where applicable, tracking numbers will be sent via email, once shipped

    • For corrections to a shipping address please reach out as soon as possible—updates may only be made before your order is packed.

    • Once shipped, Victory Scoops is not liable for delivery issues. Please contact USPS directly for issues with delivery.

    All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preferences or item expectations.


    Cancellations

    You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing by emailing info@victoryscoops.com or via our Contact Us page.
